Yes I get a lot of blues through #WhatsInThePost as well as folk music, so much so that it collects in heaps around said musical genres. The blues at the moment is getting heavy with American music and one major contributor to this is Blind Raccoon PR with Betsie Brown posting big packages of 6 CD's at a time from Memphis Tennessee which does create a very full run down in #WhatsInThePost. I try and open 4 - 5 letters at a time (4 - 5 CD's) so when one appears with 6 CD's in its a sprint to the finish before the theme music end.
Other PR agencies have cottoned onto this with Bloody Great Pr sending excellent Canadian and east coast american folk into the show 2 at a time in envelopes through the post.
THEN....... I have to listen to it all to select which tracks and artists get airplay... what a job !!!!!
